About Us

Regnum Christi is a federation in the Catholic Church  comprised of three institutions, the priests of the Congregation of the Legionaries of Christ, Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi and Lay Consecrated Men of Regnum Christi, and associated lay faithful.  Our mission is to collaborate in the work of building Christ’s Kingdom of love in all hearts and in society.  To that end, we seek to intimately encounter the person of Christ in our own lives – to know Him, love Him, imitate Him, and make His love present to the world in which we live.

Regnum Christi is dedicated to apostolate and evangelization.  Each of us has decided to take seriously and responsibly the great missionary commandment that Christ gave to all those who call themselves his followers. Regnum Christi members want to preach the Gospel fearlessly throughout the world, supported by the omnipotence of God and by the word of Christ who said: “I will be with you until the end of the world.”

Regnum Christi fosters a deep ecclesial and missionary spirit in its members, strengthening their spirit of initiative and reminding them of their baptismal responsibility to make the Faith the engine of their daily life in their personal, family, parish, professional, and social circles.
